What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- HVAC Certification (preferred)
- Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a country club or similar setting
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC preferred
- Electrical experience is a plus
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform continuous repetitive motions
- Ability to work in hot, humid, and noisy environments.
What You’ll Do as an HVAC Technician:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with airflow, temperature control, and equipment malfunctions
- Maintain and service refrigeration units like walk-in coolers and ice machines
- Clean and replace filters, ducts, and coils to maintain air quality and proper system function
- Respond to emergency repair requests and ensure quick resolution to minimize disruptions
